HOW WE USE IT To schedule and pay you, verify clock-ins, send shift-related notifications (email, SMS, and push if you enable it), and meet our tax-reporting obligations. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH • Neon — Postgres database hosting — stores your account, schedule, and clock-in records. • Vercel — Application hosting and serving this website. • Resend — Sends transactional email (shift invites, reminders, sign-in links). • Twilio — Sends transactional SMS (shift invites, reminders, sign-in links). • Your browser’s push service (Apple/Google) — Delivers push notifications to this device if you enable them. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools of any kind on this app. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only outside companies that ever see your data are the processors listed above, and only to the extent needed to run the service itself. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING If you provide your mobile number, you may receive transactional text messages from us (sign-in links, shift invites, call-time reminders, show updates, and hours or onboarding notices). Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
